Classified, not raw
Each 8-K item carries its official label and a category (earnings, exec_change, bankruptcy …) so an agent filters by meaning.
8-K events already classified (earnings, exec change, bankruptcy, delisting, cyber incident), Form 4 insider trades parsed to one row per transaction, plus 13D/13G, 10-K and 10-Q. Ingested within about a minute of SEC acceptance. Long-poll for the next filing over plain HTTP — pay only for the calls you make.
These numbers come from the free /v1/freshness endpoint — measured, not claimed. It also reports median and p95 ingest lag from SEC acceptance time.
EDGAR is free, but raw. Existing monitors re-scrape on a schedule and none of them settle per call.
Each 8-K item carries its official label and a category (earnings, exec_change, bankruptcy …) so an agent filters by meaning.
Form 4 XML flattened: insider, role, code, shares, price, USD value, shares after, 10b5-1 flag — plus a per-ticker cluster-buying rollup.
Pass since=<cursor>&wait=25 and the call returns the instant a new filing lands. No webhook to host.
Free preview of the 10 newest. Full structure, filters and cursors need /v1/filings.
